Switching from Hevy: bring your workouts with you

Moving from Hevy to Flawless takes a minute: export a CSV from Hevy, open it in Flawless, done. Your last 30 days of workouts come across with every set, rep and weight.

Import is free. You also get a food log in the same app.

01

Export from Hevy

Steps as described in Hevy’s help centre; menus can move between versions.

02

Import into Flawless

Flawless imports your last 30 days, so your history is not empty on day one and old sessions do not skew your records. Anything already in the app is skipped, so running the import twice does not double anything. Exercises keep the names they had in Hevy.

03

What you get that Hevy does not have

Hevy has a bigger community and a longer track record; if the social feed is what you use most, that is a real reason to stay.

Questions

Can I move my Hevy workouts to another app?

Yes. Hevy exports your workouts as a CSV file, and Flawless imports it in Settings → Import from another app. The last 30 days come across with sets, reps and weights.

Does the import bring over my whole Hevy history?

No, the last 30 days. That is what the app needs to know your current level; older sessions would skew your records.

Is the import free?

Yes. Import and export are free for everyone.

What happens if I import the same file twice?

Nothing is doubled. Workouts already in the app are skipped.

Try it free

Free on Google Play and the App Store. The whole log is free; PRO is optional.
