How it works
Your one-rep max is estimated from the weight and reps with the Brzycki formula, the same one the Flawless app uses. Reps are capped at 12: above that the formula overestimates, so a light set of 20 does not hand you a top rank.
The estimate is divided by your bodyweight. On the bench press, Gold starts at 1.2× bodyweight and Diamond at 2×. Every other lift has its own limits, because a 3.2× bodyweight deadlift is about as rare as a 2× bench. The limits come from public strength standards by Strength Level, scaled so the bench press sits exactly where it always has in Flawless.
Bodyweight exercises like pull-ups, push-ups and dips are ranked by the most reps you did in one set.

Questions
How strong am I for my bodyweight?
Enter your best recent set and your bodyweight in the calculator above. It estimates your one-rep max, divides it by your bodyweight and shows your rank from Bronze to Antimatter. Gold is about an intermediate lifter, Diamond is elite, and Antimatter is meant to be almost out of reach.
How is my one-rep max estimated?
With the Brzycki formula: weight × 36 / (37 − reps). Reps are capped at 12, because the formula is unreliable above that. One rep counts as your max.
Is this the same rank I get in the Flawless app?
Almost. The app ranks every exercise from your logged history with the same formula and the same reference limits, and keeps the rank up to date after every workout — but it also adjusts the limits to your age and sex, which this page does not.
Why does the deadlift need more weight than the bench for the same rank?
Because most people lift much more in the deadlift. Strength Level’s data puts an elite deadlift around 3.25× bodyweight and an elite bench around 2×, so each lift has its own ladder.
Are the ranks different for women, or for older lifters?
In the app, yes, since version 1.3.9: the limits shift with the age and sex in your profile (for example a woman’s limits on the bench are 70 % of a man’s, and they ease after 40), and the ladder says whose limits you are looking at. This calculator shows the reference ladder for men aged 23–39, so a woman or an older lifter will see a higher rank in the app than here.
