Reps are strict reps in one set, with no added weight. “Where it sits” compares each rank with the levels on Strength Level (men).

02

How Flawless ranks your push-ups

Bodyweight exercises are ranked by the most reps you managed in one set. Log your sets as usual and the rank updates after the workout. Try it now in the calculator.

Wide push-ups share these limits. Harder variations such as diamond, archer or one-arm push-ups are not scaled yet and use Flawless’s base ladder.

03

Where the numbers come from

Strength Level publishes rep standards for push-ups (downloaded on 27 September 2026). Flawless scales its base ladder of 10, 15 and 20 reps for Gold, Platinum and Diamond to those levels: a factor of 4.1 for push-ups.

Flawless uses one ladder for everyone for now; Strength Level’s standards for women are lower.
