Start in a high plank with the hands under the shoulders, back flat and core braced. Pull one knee in towards the chest, then switch legs in a running motion. Keep the hips down and level; if they bounce up, slow down. Run the knees in and out for reps or time; the faster you go, the more it becomes cardio.
