How do you do Hanging Leg Raise?

Hang from a bar with straight arms and the legs straight, feet together. Without swinging, raise the straight legs in front of you until they are at least at hip height, tilting the pelvis back at the top. Lower slowly with control all the way down; the slow way down is where the abs work most. If the body swings, pause at the bottom until it stops; bend the knees to make it easier.
