Questions

What muscles does Crunch work?

It works mainly the abs, with help from the obliques.

How do you do Crunch?

Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat, hands on your chest or lightly behind your head. Curl your upper body forward by contracting the abs, lifting the shoulder blades a hand's width off the floor. Keep the lower back on the floor the whole time; this is a short movement, not a sit-up. Lower slowly and don't pull on your neck with your hands.

How does Flawless rank Crunch?

By sets logged: the number of sets you have logged over time. Gold starts at 50 and Diamond at 300, the same for everyone.
