How do you do Machine Crunch?

Set the seat so the pad sits against the upper chest and the feet are under the rollers, then hold the handles. Crunch forward by pulling the ribs towards the hips, rounding the upper back against the pad. Squeeze the abs at the bottom for a second; the hips stay still on the seat. Return slowly until the abs are stretched, without letting the weight stack rest.
