Cable Crunch
Kneeling cable crunches. Allows heavy overload. It works mainly the abs, with help from the obliques.
Flawless ranks it by sets logged: Gold, the third of eight ranks, starts at 50.
How to do Cable Crunch
- Kneel facing a high pulley with a rope attachment, holding the rope ends beside your head, hips slightly back.
- Crunch the torso down by pulling the ribs towards the hips, rounding the upper back, until the elbows approach the thighs.
- Keep the hips still and the hands by the head; pulling with the arms or bowing at the hips takes the abs out of it.
- Return slowly until the abs are stretched and repeat.
These are the same steps you see in the exercise guide in the Flawless app.
