How do you do Lying Leg Raise?

Lie on your back with the legs straight and the hands under the hips or at the sides, lower back pressed into the floor. Raise the straight legs until they point at the ceiling, keeping the lower back down. Lower slowly with control until the heels are just above the floor, without the lower back arching. If the back lifts before the heels reach the floor, stop higher or bend the knees slightly.
