Bayesian Curl

Cable curls with the arm behind the body for a big stretch and constant tension. It works mainly the biceps, with help from the forearm flexors.

Flawless ranks it by lifetime volume: Gold, the third of eight ranks, starts at 25,000 kg.

Flawless ranks Bayesian Curl by lifetime volume: the weight × reps of every set you have logged, added up. The ladder is the same for everyone, because it measures work done rather than strength relative to bodyweight. The rank updates after every workout.

Questions

What muscles does Bayesian Curl work?

It works mainly the biceps, with help from the forearm flexors.

How do you do Bayesian Curl?

Set the pulley low, take the handle in one hand and stand with your back to the machine, stepping forward until the arm is stretched behind you with the cable tight. Lean slightly forward and keep the elbow close to the body, arm extended behind the line of the torso. Curl the handle forward and up by bending the elbow only, squeezing the biceps at the top. Lower slowly until the arm is stretched behind you again; the stretched position is the point, so don't shorten it. Then switch arms.

How does Flawless rank Bayesian Curl?

By lifetime volume: the weight × reps of every set you have logged, added up. Gold starts at 25,000 kg and Diamond at 100,000 kg, the same for everyone.
