A workout tracker for Apple Watch that also knows what you ate
Flawless puts your workout on your wrist: every set with last time’s numbers, a rest timer and your heart rate. Your calories and water for the day are one swipe away, because the same app logs your food.
Free, for watchOS 10 and later.
What you can do on the watch
- Log every set. The watch shows the current exercise with last time’s numbers. Set the weight and reps and tick the set.
- Rest timer. The countdown starts after each set. Change it by 15 seconds or skip it, then note how many reps you had left in reserve.
- Heart rate. Measured and shown during the workout, saved with it. Afterwards you see the average and maximum in your history.
- Your day. Calories eaten against your target, today’s workout from your split and your water. Tap the drop for a glass, tick off a planned meal.
- Always in sync. Tick a set on the phone and the watch moves on, and the other way round.
How to start
- Install Flawless on your iPhone. The watch app comes with it: if it is not on your watch yet, open the Watch app on the iPhone, find Flawless under Available apps and tap Install.
- Open Flawless on the iPhone once, so the watch gets your day and your workout.
- Start the workout on your phone, or tap the dumbbell on the watch and confirm. The phone sets it up and the watch follows.
Food and training in the same app
Most workout apps for Apple Watch stop at the workout. Flawless also logs food by barcode, search, photo or voice, so the calories on your wrist are the ones you actually ate, and the day’s score takes both into account.
Needs watchOS 10 or later and the Flawless iPhone app. The watch app is free, like the rest of the log. A Wear OS app is coming to Google Play.

Questions
Is there a free workout tracker for Apple Watch that also counts calories?
Yes. Flawless logs sets, reps, weight and rest on Apple Watch and also tracks food, calories and macros in the iPhone app. Both are free.
Does the Flawless Apple Watch app work without the iPhone?
It is a companion to the iPhone app: the workout is set up on the phone and the watch follows. Starting a workout needs the iPhone app to respond.
Can I see my heart rate during a workout?
Yes. The watch measures and shows it while you train and saves it with the workout, so you can see the average and maximum afterwards. PRO adds time in heart-rate zones.
Is there a Wear OS version?
A Wear OS app with the same features is coming to Google Play.
Try it free
Free on Google Play and the App Store. The whole log is free; PRO is optional.
