How do you do Wrist Curl?

Sit with the forearms resting on your thighs or a bench and the hands hanging over the edge, holding the bar with an underhand grip. Let the bar roll down to the fingertips by opening the hands and dropping the wrists. Close the grip and curl the wrists up as high as they go, keeping the forearms on the support. Lower slowly and repeat; light weight and high reps, the forearms don't need heavy loads.
