How do you do Reverse Wrist Curl?

Sit with the forearms resting on your thighs or a bench and the hands hanging over the edge, holding the bar with an overhand grip. Lower the hands by letting the wrists drop towards the floor. Raise the backs of the hands by extending the wrists as high as they go, forearms staying on the support. Lower slowly and repeat; use much less weight than for wrist curls, the extensors are small.
