Raising the toes against resistance. Strengthens the tibialis anterior. It works mainly the tibialis.

How to do Tibialis Raise
- Stand with your back against a wall and the feet about 20–30 cm in front of it, legs straight.
- Lift the toes and the front of both feet as high as you can while the heels stay on the floor.
- Hold the top for a second, feeling the front of the shins work.
- Lower slowly and repeat for high reps; step the feet further from the wall to make it harder.
