How do you do Leg Press Calf Raise?

Sit in the leg press with the balls of your feet on the lower edge of the platform and your heels hanging off; legs almost straight. Let the platform come towards you by dropping the heels, until you feel a full stretch in the calves. Push the platform away with the toes until the ankles are fully extended, and squeeze at the top for a second. Only the ankles move. Keep the knees almost straight but never locked, and don't let the feet slip off the edge.
