How do you do Reverse Dumbbell Curl?

Stand tall with a dumbbell in each hand in an overhand grip, arms straight, elbows at your sides. Curl the dumbbells up towards the shoulders keeping the wrists straight and the upper arms still. Squeeze at the top for a second; the outside of the forearms does most of the work. Lower slowly to straight arms. Use less weight than a normal curl; the grip is the weak link.
