How do you do Reverse Barbell Curl?

Stand tall holding a bar with an overhand grip about shoulder width, arms straight, elbows at your sides. Curl the bar up towards the shoulders by bending the elbows, keeping the wrists straight and the upper arms still. Squeeze at the top for a second; the outside of the forearms does most of the work here. Lower slowly to straight arms. Use less weight than a normal curl; the grip is the weak link, not the biceps.
