How do you do Kettlebell Press?

Clean the kettlebell to the rack position: bell resting on the back of the forearm, elbow tucked to the ribs, wrist straight. Brace your core and press the bell up and slightly out until the arm is locked out beside your ear. Keep the wrist straight and the bell behind the hand the whole way; don't let it flop. Lower with control back to the rack; the bell wants to pull the arm outward, so keep the elbow close on the way down.
