How do you do Cable Front Raise?

Set the pulley low, take the handle or bar with an overhand grip and stand with your back to the machine so the cable runs between your legs. Raise the handle forward with almost straight arms until it reaches shoulder height. Pause for a second with the ribs down and no lean back. Lower slowly without letting the stack rest; the cable keeps tension at the bottom, which is the point of this version.
