Is my data safe in Flawless?
Short answer: your data is stored in the EU, it is never sold or used for ads, health data is read-only and off until you turn it on, and you can export or delete everything whenever you want.
Here is what that means in practice, and who is behind the app.
Where your data lives
- In the EU. Everything is stored with Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany, protected by Row Level Security (each account can reach only its own rows) and HTTPS.
- In your account, not only on the phone. Workouts and food are saved to your account, so a new phone or a reinstall keeps them.
- Never sold, no ads. Flawless makes money from the optional PRO subscription, not from your data.
Health data
- Apple Health and Health Connect are off until you turn them on.
- The phone app only reads steps, distance, active calories, heart rate and sleep. It never writes back.
- The AI coach sees health data only if you allow it separately.

Taking your data with you, or deleting it
- Export in the app: Settings → Import from another app → Export my data saves your last 30 days (everything, only workouts or only food).
- Full export: email support@getflawless.app and you get everything we store as JSON within 30 days, as the GDPR requires.
- Delete everything any time from Settings → Delete Account.
Who is behind it
Flawless is made by Jiří Sládek, an independent developer in the Czech Republic, who is also the data controller named in the privacy policy. It is a young app, built by a very small team: when you write to support, you reach the person who builds the app.
Every fix is listed in the public changelog, including the embarrassing ones, and the roadmap says what comes next.
