How do you do Smith Machine Incline Press?

Set an incline bench to about 30 degrees under the bar so it comes down to the top of your chest; shoulder blades pulled together and down. Grip a little wider than shoulder width, unhook the bar and hold it over your upper chest with straight arms. Lower the bar with control until it touches the upper chest, just below the collarbones. Press it back up while exhaling; the rails fix the path, so the bench position decides where the bar lands.
