Load the sled, stand behind it and take the handles with straight or slightly bent arms. Lean forward with a flat back and the core tight so the body forms a straight line from head to heels. Drive the sled forward with short powerful steps, pushing through the balls of the feet. Keep the hips low and the steps quick; go for distance or time and add weight when the pace stays fast.
