How do you do Seated Leg Curl?

Sit with your back against the pad, thighs held down by the thigh pad and the ankle roller resting just above your heels, legs straight. Curl the roller down and back under the seat by bending the knees as far as they go. Squeeze the hamstrings for a second at the end of the movement. Return slowly to almost straight legs; keep the hips down and don't let the thigh pad lift.
