Questions

What muscles does Russian Twist work?

It works mainly the obliques and abs.

How do you do Russian Twist?

Sit on the floor with the knees bent, lean back with a straight back until the abs switch on, feet on the floor or lifted. Hold a plate or ball in front of the chest and rotate the ribcage to one side, bringing the weight beside the hip. Rotate to the other side the same way; turn the shoulders, not just the arms, and keep the hips still. Move slowly and touch down beside the hip each time; speed here is wasted work.

How does Flawless rank Russian Twist?

By sets logged: the number of sets you have logged over time. Gold starts at 50 and Diamond at 300, the same for everyone.
