Mountain Climbers
Alternating knee drives in a plank. Dynamic core. It works mainly the abs, with help from the obliques, hip flexors and front deltoid.
Flawless ranks it by sets logged: Gold, the third of eight ranks, starts at 50.
How to do Mountain Climbers
- Start in a high plank with the hands under the shoulders, back flat and core braced.
- Pull one knee in towards the chest, then switch legs in a running motion.
- Keep the hips down and level; if they bounce up, slow down.
- Run the knees in and out for reps or time; the faster you go, the more it becomes cardio.
These are the same steps you see in the exercise guide in the Flawless app.
