How to do Machine Standing Calf Raise
- Stand with the balls of your feet on the edge of the platform and the shoulder pads on your shoulders, legs straight, body upright.
- Lower the heels as far as they go for a full stretch in the calves.
- Push up onto the toes as high as you can and squeeze at the top for a second.
- Move slowly in both directions and keep the knees straight but not locked; bouncing at the bottom wastes the rep.
