How do you do Leg Press?

Sit with your back and hips flat against the pad and both feet on the platform about shoulder width apart. Release the safety and lower the platform by bending your knees until they are close to your chest, without the hips lifting off the seat. Press the platform away through your whole foot until the legs are almost straight; never lock the knees. Keep the knees tracking over the toes, and set the safety stops so they catch the weight if you can't press it.

By lifetime volume: the weight × reps of every set you have logged, added up. Gold starts at 25,000 kg and Diamond at 100,000 kg, the same for everyone.
