How do you do Landmine Press?

Set one end of the bar in a landmine holder or a corner, stand or kneel facing it with the feet about shoulder width, and hold the loaded end at your chest with both hands. Brace your core and press the bar up and forward along its arc until the arms are straight. Keep the torso upright; the bar path is diagonal, which is why this is friendlier to the shoulders than a vertical press. Lower with control back to the chest and repeat.
