How do you do L-Sit?

Sit between parallettes or on the floor with the hands beside your hips, fingers forward, legs straight in front of you. Push the floor away hard, lock the elbows and lift the hips off the ground with the legs held straight and together. Hold the L shape with the toes pointed and the shoulders pushed down; keep breathing. Hold for time. Bend the knees or keep one foot down to make it easier, and add seconds before anything else.
