How do you do Front Raise?

Stand tall with a dumbbell in each hand in front of your thighs, palms facing the body, arms straight. Raise the dumbbells forward with straight arms until they are at shoulder height. Pause for a second at the top without leaning back; the ribs stay down. Lower slowly to the thighs. Lift both arms together or alternate; if you have to swing, take weight off.
