How do you do Face Pull?

Set a rope attachment at face height, take both ends with an overhand grip and step back until the cable is tight. Pull the rope towards your forehead with the elbows high and out to the sides, pulling the ends apart as they reach your head. Finish with your hands beside your ears and shoulder blades squeezed together; hold for a second. Return slowly with straight arms. If you have to lean back or the elbows drop to your chest, the weight is too heavy.
