How do you do Drag Curl?

Stand tall holding the bar with an underhand grip about shoulder width in front of your thighs. Drag the bar straight up along your body by driving the elbows back, instead of curling it out in front. Stop when the bar reaches the lower chest with the forearms about parallel to the floor, and squeeze the biceps. Lower the bar along the same path with control; the shoulders stay down and the bar never leaves the body.
