How do you do Cable Crossover?

Set both pulleys high, take a handle in each hand and step forward into a split stance with a slight forward lean, arms out to the sides. With a slight bend in the elbows, bring the hands together in a wide arc in front of your lower chest. Squeeze the chest for a second at the front; the hands can cross slightly for a bit more contraction. Open slowly until you feel the stretch across the chest, keeping the same elbow angle throughout.
